You are invited to participate in a new FREE Caregiver-Centered Care Training recently launched in Wisconsin. This training focuses on caregiver-centered care, a person-centered approach that intentionally includes caregivers in the planning and delivery of services—not just the care recipient.
As a future nurse, these skills are fundamental to high-quality, holistic practice.
This training is especially timely given the national and state momentum around caregiving, including:
• The National Strategy to Support Family Caregivers
• New reimbursement codes from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for caregiver training services and the GUIDE Model
• State-level policies supporting caregiver inclusion in hospital care (CARE Act)
The training takes about one hour to complete, and you’ll receive a certificate at the end. It’s a great way to strengthen your clinical skills, enhance your ability to partner with families, and prepare for emerging models of caregiver-inclusive practice
