Marshfield Clinic Health System is offering heightened sign-on bonus amounts for certain Acute RN roles in response to the growing demand for top talent and in continuation of our efforts to attract and retain the best professionals.
Straight night shift Acute RN positions are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $40,000 with a 3-year commitment, while all other Acute RN positions are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $25,000 with a 2-year commitment.
These bonus amounts are available for positions 20 hrs./wk. and above. Please note that the amount of the bonus is prorated to match the budgeted FTE for positions below 36 hrs./wk.
