Seeking hospital nurses to participate in a survey study. Élise Arsenault Knudsen is an Assistant Professor at UW-Madison’s School of Nursing. She is recruiting hospital nurses who serve either in formal or informal leadership roles with experiences implementing practice changes to participate in a research study. The goal of the study is to describe the current state of the implementation climate and implementation leadership behaviors based on the perceptions of hospital nurses in the United States. Registered Nurses (RNs) who work ≥ 50% FTE in a hospital in the United States in all roles across the hospital and who serve (or have recently served) as a formal or informal leader for practice change are invited to participate. Participating involves completing a survey that is estimated to take up to 20 minutes to complete. Click on this survey link (or copy and paste into a browser) if you would like to participate: https://uwmadison.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0N827j7Zs9Jh1Rk. You can enter a drawing to receive 1 of 150, $25 Amazon gift cards. The researcher is also asking for you to please share this information with other nurse colleagues too. This study has been approved by the IRB at the researcher’s institution. It is not an expectation that you participate. This is something you can do if you wish. The UW-Madison School of Nursing will not know who decides to participate. Questions? Contact Élise Arsenault Knudsen, PhD, RN, ACNS-BC at practicechange4rns@nursing.wisc.edu.
