The Shannon Marie & Louis Porter Smith Foundation is offering two scholarships of $1,250 each. Scholarships will be awarded for the Spring 2026 semester.
This scholarship is open to all undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in the UW-Madison School of Nursing. The application window opens October 1 and closes on November 30th, 2025.
