This six-week program provides an opportunity to learn and practice various Mindfulness Meditation techniques and is facilitated by long-time meditation practitioners in the local Snow Flower Sangha. You’ll build skills to pay attention, with intention, to the present situation without judgement and to let go of negative thoughts of the past and fears about the future.
