Take part in the Healthy Minds for Healthcare Providers Research Study!

You are invited to take part in the Healthy Minds for Healthcare Providers Study conducted by the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

The aim of this study is to test The Healthy Minds Program, an app that integrates mental exercises into daily life and is aimed at improving well-being for healthcare providers.

 

Study Details:

  • Who: Healthcare provider or trainee
  • What: You will be asked to download an app adapted for healthcare

workers. This will involve listening to brief lessons and guided well-being practices.

  • Duration and Tasks:
    • Use the app 5-10 minutes daily over a 1-month period
    • Complete 4 weekly surveys (~ 5-20 min each)
    • Participate in a virtual, 1 hour focus group over Zoom to provide feedback about the app.
  • Compensation: Individuals who complete all portions of the study will receive $100

Participation in this study is voluntary, and the data collected will be kept confidential. If you enroll, you will be emailed to schedule a focus group time.
