Remember to apply sunscreen as we get more sunshine, and don’t forget to wear it even on cloudy days! Applying a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 protects your skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays, reducing your risk of skin cancer and preventing premature aging. Remember to reapply every two hours, especially if you’re swimming or sweating. Your skin will thank you!
