Enjoy singing? Want a fun break from school? Looking for a community of music-loving health sciences students?
Consider signing up for the Prescription Notes, UW-Madison’s health sciences a cappella group! An ‘a cappella’ group is a group of singers who perform song covers using voices as the only instruments. It’s a great, low-commitment way to make music, harmonize, and hang out with other students and friends. Involvement includes occasional rehearsals and fun things like bonfires, karaoke, caroling around town and a holiday party! While previous vocal experience is great, no prior singing experience is needed to join. Our members have a wide range of previous experience, and we all enjoy learning and exploring music together!
Please fill out the following form if you have any interest in the Prescription Notes or would like to join our email list. Feel free to reach out directly to ramehta2@wisc.edu with any questions. Thank you!
