The School of Nursing has been asked by a doctoral candidate at Indiana University of Pennsylvania to notify traditional baccalaureate nursing students in our School of Nursing about an opportunity to participate in a research study. The purpose of the study is to explore how undergraduate nursing students’ personal characteristics and prior experiences with interprofessional education (IPE) affect their perceptions of meeting the IPEC core competencies. This study has been approved by the IRB committee at the researcher’s home institution. It is not an expectation that you participate. This is something you can do if you wish. Faculty at the UW-Madison School of Nursing will not know who decides to participate. If you choose to participate, you will be asked to complete a ~15 minute survey. You may also choose to enter a drawing for one of three $25 Amazon gift cards. You can access the study at this link: https://iup.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6DbTuYML0hNn2D. If you have any questions about the study, please review the attached flyer and/or contact the study lead: Gretchen Schappert (lqwy@iup.edu).
