Beginning August 12, 2024, students must order bus passes online through UW Transportation Services before picking them up. Previously, students could pick up passes without placing an order. Students will receive an email with pickup instructions when the pass is ready. There is no additional charge to order student bus passes online.
Passes will now be reusable tap fare cards that students keep as long as they are enrolled and eligible. Students will not need to order and pick up a new card each semester. When students no longer need their bus pass, and to avoid lost fees, they should return or mail bus passes to Transportation Services.
