All are invited to Hot Topics in Public Health on Thursday, Oct. 12, 5:30-7 p.m. on YouTube titled Misinformation/Disinformation in Public Health, hosted by the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. For this installment, we will hear from Ajay Sethi, PhD, MHS, professor of population health sciences and faculty director of the Master of Public Health Program.
Dr. Sethi will discuss and take questions about the role of misinformation and disinformation in the practice of medicine and public health, including their ramifications on human health. His expertise lies broadly in the study of infectious disease, including addressing public health misinformation.
