Each year, the UW–Madison Nurses Alumni Organization (UW NAO) honors outstanding graduating students by presenting them with pins donated by alumni of the School. Started in 1996, the pinning tradition illustrates the proud history of the UW–Madison School of Nursing and the strong connection of its alumni to the School. We invite all UW–Madison School of Nursing students, faculty, and staff to nominate graduating BSN students for consideration to receive a nursing pin that has been donated by an alum. Students may also self-nominate. Pin recipients will be selected in early-April and honored during a virtual pinning ceremony on April 26.
DEADLINE: Nominations are due by 11:59 PM on March 31, 2023.
