My name is Pauline Ho. I am a Ph.D. candidate whose dissertation study explores the professional identity development of nursing students who are completing their final year of the BSN program. I would really appreciate your help with this study. We have a lot to learn from individuals who completed their training during an especially stressful time, such as a pandemic. I would like to interview you one time via Zoom for about an hour. All participants will receive a $20 Amazon gift card as a thank you for helping me with this study. Also, all participants will have a chance to win a $100 gift card at the end of the study.
