New Friends Volunteer Program brings together UW-Madison students and people living with a diagnosis of mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia, helping them express their hopes regarding their health care. The program participates in the training of future health care providers, and encourages all UW-Madison students interested in a career in healthcare to apply today. The program runs October through April. New Friends is currently accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year.
