Join us for a 7-week evidence-based cognitive behavioral skills building program that helps students build resiliency & coping skills to improve your overall wellbeing. The goal is to improve your mental health and equip you with skills that have been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depressive symptoms. This program was created and tested through 20 years of research with positive outcomes noted.

Who: First year BSN students

When: Mondays from 12:50-1:50 **Note, most sessions will run 35-45 minutes, but an hour has been blocked. The course will run for 7 weeks: October 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st, and November 7th, 14th, and 21st

25 seats available on a first come, first served basis. Participants are asked to commit to attending all 7 sessions.
