The School of Nursing has been asked by a graduate student from Liberty University, to share an opportunity to participate in a research study that aims to understand if a relationship exists between Eastern Region of the United States baccalaureate Christian affiliated nursing programs and non-Christian affiliated nursing programs’ servant organizational leadership characteristics and its effect upon their prelicensure baccalaureate nursing students’ caring dimensions. The Study has been approved by the Liberty University Institutional Review Board.
It is not an expectation that you participate in this study. This is something you can do if you wish. Participation would involve completing an online anonymous survey. Faculty and leaders at the UW-Madison School of Nursing will not know who decides to participate.
