GHC has decided to pilot a scholarship program to award financial grants to under-represented students, specifically those who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or Hispanic/Latinx, who are currently enrolled in medical school (including residency), physician assistant, and nurse practitioner programs in Wisconsin. The scholarship awards $5,000 grants to each of three selected scholars. The funds will be distributed in September of 2022. The students are selected through an application process which is due by June 15, 2022. In addition to the monetary scholarship, each selected scholar will be awarded the opportunity for an on-site shadowing experience at GHC during the fall semester of 2022.
