This is the first Call for Abstracts for the Virtual Annual Nursing Poster Fair to be held in April 2022.
The UW Health Nursing Research & Evidence Based Practice Council invites you to submit an abstract for one of the following categories:
- Research
- Evidence Based Practice (EBP)
- Quality (QI)
- Educational or Leadership Projects
The abstract deadline is Friday, December 31, 2021.
Abstract and applications are to be submitted through the following link: 2022 Poster Fair Abstract Submission Form. Please review the attached document for full abstract application details.
To support abstract writing, the Nursing Research & Evidence-Based Practice Council is sponsoring an Abstract Writing Workshop Video Series. This virtual learning opportunity is available on Canvas; contact Kristen Pecanac (lund2@wisc.edu) for access.

All are welcome to attend to hear presentations about a few select projects that are also on display at the poster fair. This presentation will also be recorded for viewing. |

All poster presenters will be invited to briefly share their work during a WebEx session with a question-and-answer session. |

- Agrace Center for Hospice and Palliative Care
- SSM Health-St. Mary’s Hospital

- UW Health, UnityPoint Health-Meriter
- UW Health Care Direct
- Edgewood College
- Gundersen Health System
- William S. Middleton VA Hospital
The Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Council is pleased to co-sponsor a venue with UW Madison’s School of Nursing to showcase your hard work to share with fellow nurses, co-workers, and students. We encourage everyone to participate in displaying and disseminating the work you have done at our Annual Nursing Poster Fair.
