Chronic Health Allies Mentorship Program (CHAMP)

Are you an undergraduate student with chronic illness/health conditions and/or disability looking for additional support and guidance? If so, CHAMP (Chronic Health Allies Mentorship Program) may be for you!

CHAMP works to pair undergraduate students with graduate student mentors who also have chronic illness/health conditions or disabilities. In this one-on-one mentorship program, graduate student mentors serve to offer support, guidance, and community while navigating academia with chronic illness/health or disability. Our mentors have all faced challenges related to these topics during their time as undergrads and are eager to help make academia more inclusive and accessible!

If you are interested, please email uwmadisonchamp@gmail.com. We have a limited amount of undergraduate mentee slots available in the program, so please only fill out the form if you want to be matched with a mentor. Mentor matches will be made in early-mid October.
