Badger Volunteers is a semester-long program that pairs teams of students with community organizations (schools, nonprofits, municipalities) to volunteer 1-4 hours each week at the same organization. The program is designed to foster meaningful and consistent connections between community partners and students over the course of an entire semester. Volunteer opportunities are organized within three focus areas: Education, Sustainability, and Public Health. Badger Volunteers has an opportunity for anyone with any major and interest.
Badger Volunteers registration will open on Friday, Sept. 10 at 7am and close on Friday, Sept.17 at 11:59pm. Students can only register online at go.wisc.edu/bv.
While we are coming off a year of virtual volunteering, BV this year will offer in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities for all UW-Madison students and follow Dane County and community COVID-19 guidelines.
