Here are a few things to try as you have some time off over thanksgiving.
Down Dog Yoga – This has been my favorite yoga app and it is now free for students, educators and healthcare workers until July 1st! It is completely customizable and a great workout. If you want to sign up for your free account (no credit card information needed) follow the link for instructions.
Grateful notes – Attached are some fun notes you can fill out and distribute, take a picture of or mail to those you are grateful for. If you are gathering with friends or family, try to do it during your time together!
