Can you help a fellow Badger Nurse? Are you an RN working in primary care and providing patient care (i.e., in person, telephone, virtual, etc.)?
This study is exploring at how leadership, work environment and nurse characteristics influence job satisfaction of RNs in primary care settings in the U.S. Registered nurses who function as an APRN or in a formal nurse leadership role are not eligible for this study.
The survey takes 20 minutes or less to complete. Responses are completely confidential and will not be linked to a participant’s identity. To say thank you for participating, after completing the survey nurses will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for one of 20, $50 gift cards.
