Spring Semester Housing Available

Considering living on campus for the spring semester?

University Residence Halls will have space available this spring for students who may have chosen to stay home this fall. UW-Madison plans to continue with a hybrid course model for spring 2021. Whether you’re planning to take some in-person classes or just want to get an on-campus experience next semester, University Housing welcomes you to join us and #LiveWithBucky.

Want priority consideration? If you’re interested, complete this form by November 2 for priority consideration and we’ll send you more details when our process is ready.

Built for Your Success: The residence halls offer resources, conveniences, support staff, and opportunities to make new friends and connections for a successful spring semester. Through our COVID-19 policies and protocols, including a robust testing plan and ongoing adjustments, we provide a campus home with many effective measures in place to protect our residents.

Hall Assignments & Contracts: If you originally had a hall assignment for this fall but cancelled, we’ll do our best to assign you to that same residence hall for the spring. With the spring course registration timeline being later this year, if you sign up for spring housing and later find it makes sense to study from home with all virtual classes, we’ll allow you to cancel your contract prior to the start of the semester.
