WI AHEC would like to remind students of some amazing opportunities that will begin early Fall: Please see the information below on the WI AHEC Case Competition and the WI AHEC Scholars program!
Interprofessional Case Competition:
WI AHEC will be hosting its 8th annual Case Competition. This competition is for health profession students from any degree or discipline. This event is for both undergraduate and graduate students, with the goal in mind that all students will learn the concept of Interprofessional education, collaboration and practice. The application is open NOW and the deadline for student sign-up is October 16th!
The statewide competition will be held virtually this year on January 7 & 8, 2021.

WI AHEC Scholars program:
AHEC Scholars is a longitudinal program where health professions students get to learn community centered topics with community based experiential opportunities. We are excited to kick off our application season and welcome a new, diverse group of students representing a variety of health professional programs this fall. Please review the attached program flyer for qualifications. The application link is available on our website (linked below) and will be open until October 30. We will review applications on a rolling basis throughout the summer and fall. It’s best to apply early as we do have limited spots.
