As the semester gets busy and classes require more work, make sure to take time to recenter and breathe. The UW Center for Healthy minds has an amazing app you can use to guide you through learning and practicing meditation. This center and scientists have received press and accolades from around the world. During COVID they also started doing some of their meditation on You Tube. Check it out and remember to take some time and breathe!
