MEDiC Orientation

MEDiC Student Run Free Clinics New Volunteer Orientation will take place via a Canvas course from Friday, September 11 at 6:00pm to Sunday, September 20 6:00pm. This course can be done on your own time and students this summer took an average of 1.5 hours to complete it. You will need to fill out a form with your personal information, watch a video module, take a quiz on content for which you will have 3 attempts to get 80%, and then also sign and submit three forms. The forms can be signed electronically.

You will be hearing from Mallory Jasicki regarding how to register for the course and other logistics the morning of September 11.

Though our clinics are not currently operating at their pre-COVID capacity, we are still working to provide care for homeless and houseless individuals and other populations that may appreciate support from organizations like us. We are working to do this in a way that ensures patients and volunteers are safe. We also hope to provide you with volunteer opportunities until our clinics are back to full capacity. If you would like more information on what our clinics are currently doing, please reach out to Mallory at jasicki@wisc.edu.
