“Advancing Nursing Research with Diverse Populations” The 44th Annual MNRS Research Conference will take place on April 1-4, 2020 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel in Schaumburg, IL. The Annual Conference will bring together nurse scholars from the 13-state region to disseminate the latest nursing research and provide rich networking opportunities for its members and related organizations.
Learner outcomes include:
-Exchange novel scientific ideas to support the generation of nursing research and implementation of evidence-based practice with diverse populations
-Describe how nursing research can influence the overall health of diverse populations
-Discuss innovative strategies for nursing research and evidence-based practice regarding global issues, immigration, intersections of care, disparity of care, equity and inclusion for care and research, and diverse and vulnerable populations
