The Delta Program at UW-Madison offers professional development in teaching, mentoring, outreach and advising through online and in-person workshops. Workshops this fall focus on a variety of topics, including:
Panel: How to Become a Better College Teacher

Universal Design for Learning: What, Why and How

Learn to teach diverse students of varying skills, goals, and abilities/disabilities by applying Universal Design for Learning principles to your teaching context.
Effective Communication through Improv

Play with improvisational techniques to improve your communication skills for a variety of formal and informal contexts.
NSF GRFP Workshop: How to Address the Broader Impact in Your Fellowship Application

Learn strategies for developing a successful broader impact plan that will advance discovery and understanding, broaden the participation of underrepresented groups, and ultimately benefit society.
Inclusive Teaching Workshop
