The UW Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education (CIPE) provides central coordination for the interprofessional education (IPE) offerings among the university’s health sciences schools, including the School of Nursing. These offerings include the IPE competency modules, IPE simulations, and the Student IPHC Summit, in which nursing students participate.
CIPE has developed a survey to collect baseline data about interprofessional practice and education at UW-Madison. It will take only 4-6 minutes to complete and is designed to be quality improvement measure. In order to obtain realistic results, students are asked to complete the survey based on your views of your current experiences as a nursing student participating in CIPE offerings.

Thank you in advance for making the time to complete the survey and share your impressions and experiences.
