We are pleased to announce that event and poster registration for this year’s UW Health Quality Improvement Symposium on Thursday, June 13th is now open! This event is open for all to attend and we encourage poster submissions for both completed projects related to quality improvement and patient safety, as well as projects in progress. The deadline for registration is Thursday, June 6, 2019.
Poster Session: 9:00am – 12:00pm in HSLC Atrium (Presenters to be at their posters from 10:30-11:30 am)
Keynote address: 12:00 – 1:00pm in HSLC 1345 – Nasia Safdar, MD, PhD “Investigation and Control of a Legionella Outbreak”

For poster submissions please have names of all authors and abstract (maximum 500 words) handy for completing the registration survey.
Those interested in submitting a poster should plan to drop off their poster in the HSLC atrium from 7:00 am – 9:00 am the morning of the event and be present at their poster from 10:30 – 11:30 am for poster judging. Maximum poster size is 4×4 feet.
