2019 Bachelors Degree of Nursing Scholarships:
Applications Now Being Accepted
Marshfield Clinic’s Division of Education (DOE) Baccalaureate Nursing Scholarship Program will continue the tradition of funding five (5) scholarships, totaling $1,000 each for nursing students in their junior or senior year of study.
The Scholarship is awarded to BSN students attending a non-profit academic institution in Wisconsin. Selection criteria includes documented success in major course work, participation in appropriate academic activities, mentorship (i.e. tutoring, career enrichment), leadership activities in the community through charity and active volunteering, working in a health care environment, minimum of a “B” average and letters of recommendation.
Applicants must be at least junior standing as of fall 2019.
Scholarships are awarded annually and are not automatically renewable. Students must reapply each year for consideration.
For more information, interested parties are encouraged to explore and apply on line through the DOE’s website. Applications will be accepted during the first week in February through the second week of March. All application information must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. Monday, March 11, 2019 CST for consideration.
