Dr. Kim Whitmore, a member of the School of Nursing’s faculty, is hosting a listening session for Hispanic parents of children with special healthcare needs on December 1, from 9am-12noon, at Centro Hispano here in Madison. Please see attached flier for details. The research team is looking for volunteers to help babysit the kids while the parents are participating in the session. Volunteers do not need any medical training since the parents are nearby if something comes up.
