Dear Baccalaureate Nursing Student,
You have been selected to participate in a national research study on nursing students’ knowledge of population health. Your participation is voluntary (and much appreciated!) and your responses are anonymous.
You will read a brief vignette and answer 11 questions about a population health scenario and answer several demographic questions. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. Please do NOT forward this survey to anyone else.
