Join UWell on Monday March 19th from 5-6pm for a Stress Busting Workshop!
The workshop will be led by UHS’s Rob Sepich, a mindfulness expert who helps students relax, focus and succeed. The event will be held at Union South, check the TITU for the room. Food will be provided, along with skills to combat academic stress. We’re asking that students register at the link below so we can get enough food for all!
