The U.S. Department of State has recently made changes to its travel advisory system which include revised travel advisory levels and a streamlined travel warning system. As the university bases its own international travel policy off of those set by the Department of State, these changes have implications for all UW-Madison students, faculty, and staff planning to travel outside the U.S.
